1. Property Damage: You will be held fully responsible for any damage caused to the playing field or any equipment belonging to the paintball facility. This includes intentional or unintentional breakage of any equipment, props, or structures used during gameplay.

2.Personal Property: You are responsible for the safety and security of your own personal belongings while on the paintball field. The paintball facility and its staff are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and you participate in paintball at your own risk.

3.Health and Safety: Paintball can be a physically demanding activity and carries with it the potential for injury. By participating in paintball, you assume full responsibility for any physical or emotional harm that may result from your participation, including, but not limited to, injuries from falls, collisions, or paintball impact. You also acknowledge the risks associated with paintball equipment, such as paintballs traveling at high speeds and compressed air tanks.

4.Compliance: You agree to follow all safety rules and guidelines as set forth by the paintball facility. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your removal from the game or the facility.

5.Age and Consent: You affirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian present to sign this agreement on your behalf.

6.Clothing and Gear: You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and gear while participating in paintball, including eye and face protection. The paintball facility will provide equipment and gear, but you are responsible for ensuring that it fits properly and is worn correctly.

7.Player Conduct: You agree to behave in a sportsmanlike manner while playing paintball. Any aggressive or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the game or the facility.

8.Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should consult with a medical professional before participating in paintball. You assume all responsibility for any adverse health effects that may result from your participation.

9.Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that paintball involves inherent risks and hazards. By participating in paintball, you assume these risks and waive any and all claims against the paintball facility and its staff.

10.Modification: The paintball facility reserves the right to modify or amend this disclaimer at any time. It is your responsibility to review the disclaimer periodically for any updates or changes.

11.Photography and Videography: The paintball facility may take photographs or videos of participants during gameplay. By participating in paintball, you consent to the use of these images for marketing or promotional purposes.

12.Weather Conditions: Paintball gameplay may be affected by weather conditions, such as rain, wind, or extreme heat. The paintball facility reserves the right to modify or cancel gameplay in the event of inclement weather for the safety of all participants.

13.Refunds: Refunds will not be given for any reason, including but not limited to, inclement weather, participant cancellation, or facility closure.

14.Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during paintball gameplay is strictly prohibited. Any participant found under the influence will be removed from the game or the facility.

15.Legal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this disclaimer in its entirety. You agree that any legal disputes arising from your participation in paintball will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the paintball facility is located.
